I&IMS attended the ITEA2 Symposium 2009 (Information Technology for European Advancement) and the ARTEMIS Autumn Event 2009 (Advanced Research and Technology for Embedded Intelligence and Systems) that were jointly organized at the “Príncipe Felipe” Congress Centre at the Auditorium hotel in Madrid, on 29th and 30th October 2009.

I&IMS actively participated to the poster and demonstration sessions of the ITEA2^A and ARTEMIS^B projects in which the company is currently partner: MIDAS^A, HDTVNext^A, Metaverse1^A, ViCoMo^A, DiY Smart Experiences^A and eDIANA^B.

The event jointly organised by ITEA2^A and ARTEMIS^B focused its working sessions on the following subjects: "Business-oriented innovation that strengthens economy and benefits society"^A and "Ecosystems driving open innovation in Embedded Intelligence and Software-intensive Systems and Services"^B. More than 600 participants from industry, universities, research centres and R&D&i authorities from all over Europe participated to this event

I&IMS, together with Panasonic, presents its new product:
CAM Supervisor.

CAM Supervisor is a video-surveillance platform on Internet I&IMS developed to allow the automatic connection of Panasonic IP cameras. Without camera or router configuration needed and fully Plug and Play.

CAM Supervisor is a service allowing to display and monitor all your cameras from any computer or mobile phone with an access to Internet.

CAM Supervisor saves the camera recordings on our servers. It sends alarms by e-mail or SMS in case of any motion detection by a camera

I&IMS launches and markets the new version DocuDVM – Digital Video Manager 2.0, the digital video (image and audio) recording and management system in MPEG-4 and H264 formats, through Axis Communications IP video cameras and servers control and Audio-Technica microphones and sound mixers.

DocuDVM 2.0 features the advancements and developments of CANTATA R&D&i project which I&IMS has been working on for the last two years.

DocuDVM 2.0 is ideal as a digital video content manager and allows simultaneous recording and controlling of up to 9 HD-quality channels from a single PC, enabling its display, reproduction and exportation, as well as indexing and retrieval from a content data base that the user can define

I&IMS increases its IP video supervision software range with the introduction of the new version of DocuRemote Basic, the easiest and cheapest solution for installations in selling points, houses and retails. It allows to display and record 1 to 4 cameras and integrates basic options for its monitoring and management.

The set of DocuRemote versions: Basic, Lite, Std, Pro and Control allows to currently cover any video security need.

DocuRemote products constitute an intuitive, easy to use, totally market-consolidated and independent software solution since it supports the main IP-camera and server manufacturers: ACTi, Axis Communications, Bosch Security Systems, JVC, Panasonic, Pelco, Sanyo and Sony

I&IMS took part to the Concertation Day of R&D proposal of projects organised by Aprotech and es.INTERNET, on 6th May 2009 and connecting, at the same time the three Telefónica headquarters in Madrid, Barcelona and Valladolid.
I&IMS in collaboration with Telefónica I+D and the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona presented the GesAVid Project (Advanced Management of Digital Video) within the framework of “Internet of Users Content and Knowledge”.
I&IMS is a member of es.INTERNET, the Spanish Technological Platform for Convergence towards Internet of the Future. Within the Framework of the XVI Edition of  SITI/asLAN’2009, the International Information Technologies Trade Show, organised on 31st March, 1st and 2nd April 2009, Pavilion 6 in Madrid IFEMA and thanks to the Polycom Live tele-presence trailer infrastructure, I&IMS demonstrated to its distribution and client channel, the new High resolution and high definition videoconferences by Polycom.
